Accessibility statement.
We self-certify the TTPA Discovery web site to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Below: the eight pages we tested for IS5 launch, the conformance band per axis, known limitations we have not yet closed, and the contact procedure for reporting an access barrier.

Conformance band — WCAG 2.2 AA across the four POUR axes.

Each tested page passes axe-core auto with under three violations and zero serious / critical findings. Manual NVDA + macOS VoiceOver + iOS Safari VoiceOver runs cover the carousel, the booking iframe, and the Drop-in checkout. Re-tests run quarterly per the Ops Handoff plan.
Known limitations.
- Airwallex Drop-in component on /checkout/ is rendered by a third-party iframe; we have validated its WCAG 2.2 AA self-statement but cannot retest the inner DOM with our own axe-core run.
- Google Calendar Appointment Schedules iframe on /book/ is rendered by Google. We have selected the highest-contrast theme variant Google offers; the iframe internals are out of our control.
- PDF documents downloaded from the site (DPA, Refund Policy, Subprocessors) target WCAG 2.1 AA at v1; WCAG 2.2 AA PDF tagging will land at IS7.

If any element of the site presents an access barrier, please contact accessibility@toptronic.com with the page URL, your assistive technology, and a one-paragraph description of the barrier. We commit to a first-acknowledgement reply within two business days and a published remediation plan within ten business days.
