From the discovery call to your day-30 review
Seven steps. Thirty days. No demo theatre, no annual lock-in.
We do not run a sales playbook. We run a delivery playbook. Below is exactly what the first 30 days look like, what we do, and what we ask of you. It is the same playbook on Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 — only the deliverable cadence changes (Tier 2 access is only available after at least 3 months on Tier 1, Tier 3 access is only available after at least 3 months on Tier 2).
The seven steps.
Each step lists the calendar window, what we do, your time commitment, and the telemetry event that lands on our funnel report. Every event is first-party and HMAC-signed; no Google Analytics; no Facebook Pixel.
-
Step 1
Day 0
30-minute discovery call
Booked with a simple email — just a phone call or a Teams call (no WhatsApp, no other messaging apps). We talk through your last six months of LinkedIn behaviour, your saved searches (if you have used Sales Navigator), and what achieving your goal would look like in 90 days. No slides, no demo theatre.
-
Step 2
Day 0-2
Recommended-tier email
Within two hours of the discovery call you receive “Action Plan 1”: a one-page summary, with recommendations and reasons. You review it and give us the go-ahead.
-
Step 3
Day 1-14
Ignition — your TTPA starts getting familiar with your SN audience and prospects
Your “Action Plan 1” is getting into motion and, step by step, we put our telemetry in place. If you can measure it, you can improve it!
-
Step 4
Day 5-7
First adjustments
You speak; we listen. We take note and adjust to your first comments.
-
Step 5
Day 5-10
Dedicated laptop + egress-IP provisioned — approval
Final approval: a dedicated, Toptronic-issued encrypted laptop is provisioned for your TTPA. Dedicated egress IP is bound. The LinkedIn fraud-graph never sees a shared device or rotating credential because it is unique — a real laptop, utilised by only one person: your TTPA. No trick, nothing to hide — the way it is supposed to be. Sequence C3 (“Your dedicated laptop is triple-checked and ready for the long run — security “VERIFIED” summary”) drops day 5.
-
Step 6
Day 14 onward
Second Friday review (15 min)
Once, at the time you choose. Your TTPA shares: the CSV-of-actions for the second week, the next week’s “Action Plan review”, and any decisions that need your sign-off. Nothing goes onward without your OK. Drafts and replies queue inside the review interface — no email back-and-forth.
-
Step 7
Day 30
Month 1 metrics + month 2 plan
Sequence C5 lands day 30: connection-request volume, accept-rate, InMail send/reply counts, content reach, and the plan for month 2. You receive your first “DataSet” in either Excel or CSV format, and we discuss the further actions to take from it. Your billing anchor can renew for next month’s services if you approve it, USD pre-paid. Cancel any time at /account/ — refund-by-delivery still applies. Please note that “DataSet” results vary with each account’s health and goal; taking referral numbers from other customers as a reference may be misleading.
Once we are live, the cadence is mechanical.
The Daily / Weekly / Monthly Procedures document is the exact runbook your TTPA follows. The visible-to-you surface stays small — one Friday review, async approvals, monthly metrics, then, as we go along, your time-saving become apparent and your results will keep growing week after week.
-
Daily
Inbound triage (replies within one business day), saved-search sweep, comment-curation pass, scheduled drafts queued for Friday review.
In plain English: We watch your LinkedIn inbox every day and answer messages within one working day, re-run your Sales Navigator searches to catch new people worth reaching, find the posts worth engaging with and prepare your comments, and write drafts in advance so they are ready for your Friday look. Day-to-day you do nothing; the optional WhatsApp/Signal line is only for a true, account-on-fire emergency.
Your surface: No daily ask. Optional WhatsApp/Signal channel for SEV-1 only.
-
Weekly
15-25 connection requests sent against your saved-search frame, draft posts pre-staged, weekly KPI snapshot generated, comparison-page Quality-Score audit (Tier 3+).
In plain English: Each week we send 15-25 connection invites, only to people who fit your target list, write your posts ahead of time, and produce a short scorecard of your key numbers (on Tier 3 and above we also grade the quality of the work). You spend about 15 minutes each Friday reviewing; anything else you approve in your own time during the week, with no meeting needed.
Your surface: 15-min Friday review, async approvals over the rest of the week.
-
Monthly
CSV-of-actions cumulative report, billing anchor renewal, Sequence D send (cadence summary), competitive-scan delta (Tier 3+).
In plain English: You get a running spreadsheet that lists everything we did and keeps growing month over month, your billing cycle ticks over to the next month, and an automatic email summarises the month for you (on Tier 3 and above we add a short report on what has changed versus your competitors). The first month has a roughly 10-minute review together; after that there is no meeting unless something needs your attention.
Your surface: 10-min month-1 review (C5); subsequent months async unless flagged.
What we never do.
- We never auto-post. Every draft passes a tone-radar match and your written OK.
- We never share your account credentials with anyone (even your TTPA does not have access to them).
- We never auto-renew without consent. Renewal is a buyer-confirmed action (simple, you do not pre-pay, it does not renew, next month’s service will not happen).
- We never run popups, exit-intent overlays, countdowns, or live-chat sales bots on this site (Comm.Plan §6).
